Indian Head Massage

Experience a feeling of tranquility with Indian Head Massage. It is carried out whilst you are fully clothed and seated in a chair.

Your back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face are gently and rhythmically massaged whilst tension floats away.

I work on specific pressure and energy points on your body, which helps to relieve muscle tension, anxiety and eye strain. Massage improves blood and lymphatic flow and relaxes muscles. Can restore joint mobility by mobilising the muscles of the shoulders and neck. Relaxes the scalp improving circulation, promoting secretions of hormones and enzymes for hair growth. Increases oxygen to the brain aiding clarity and relaxing the central nervous system.

You can choose to have the treatment with or without aromatherapy oils.
