This is a deeply relaxing and balancing treatment. Treatments are carried out with you lying down fully clothed. The crystals are then placed on and around your body and the treatment couch. I use Universal Energy to help infuse the crystals to clear and transform your chakras and aura.
The energies can go to the deepest level of a person’s being to revitalise and re-balance the body, to create a state of harmony and well-being. Treatments can be beneficial for both emotional and physical conditions.
Each crystal vibrates at different frequencies based on the molecular structure of the crystal. They work in harmony and vibrate on the physical body, generating fields of electromagnetic energy which activates the invisible field of energy within and around the body known as the chakras and the aura, bringing about balance to Mind, Body and Spirit.
Throughout civilisation crystals have been used to heal the whole person, by using their vibrations, energy and colour to stimulate healing on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level within the person.

Crystal Reflexology
Crystal Reflexology is a non-intrusive holistic therapy that combines the powerful healing energies of crystals with the wonders of reflexology.
Crystals are incorporated into your reflexology treatment. They will be placed beneath and around the therapy couch and also will be used within the treatment on your foot reflexes. Your treatment will conclude with a blissful chakra healing in which crystals are placed on the chakra points of your body to restore harmony and balance.
Minimal pressure is applied as the crystal’s energy works over the reflexes, and therefore brings about a completely different reflexology experience for the recipient
