My Cancellation Policy
Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice (this does not include Sundays), there will be no charge and you can reschedule.
For appointments on Monday, I ask that you inform me at the latest on the Friday as the 48hrs does not include Sundays.
Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full charge, as it will not allow me enough time to offer your appointment to another client.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled or rescheduled it, payment will be requested.
